The Truth About Microwave Ovens:

Have you ever stopped to wonder, just how does a microwave work?  The truth turns out to be much different than anything you would have expected.  

TSM Health Watch has never been a conspiracy site.  We just report the news.  However, something just doesn't seem right about the way that a microwave is said to work.  Why is it that when you heat up a tasty microwave dinner, the food heats up - but the microwave itself doesn't?  In a regular oven, it takes a good hour or so for the sides to cool down before you can touch it.  What makes microwaves so different?  The truth is shocking.



As you can see in the diagram above, a microwave is a fairly simple device.  A little too simple.  So, two weeks ago, one of our reporters decided do an investigation and took apart the office microwave.  The first thing he did was unplug it from the wall - just to be safe.  Here's what he found:


Why is there a little round metal container with the radioactive symbol on it?  According to every major scientific resource we could find, "A microwave operates by converting electricity into microwaves which cause water molecules to vibrate rapidly which causes heat."  Sounds a little far fetched, right?  We decided to do a little research and what we found completely blows the lid off of nearly 75 years of government cover-up.

  

Percy Spencer invented the microwave oven during WWII, around the time the military was developing the atomic bomb.  During this time, millions of tons of nuclear waste was generated in only a matter of months.  Scientists at the time were unaware of the possible health risks associated with exposure to this radiation.  After the devastating events at Hiroshima and Nagasaki, they found out just how dangerous radiation is; but now what would they do with all the waste?  What would the public's reaction be to the knowledge of all of this waste right in their own backyards? Proper disposal would have cost billions and the war efforts were already such a strain on the economy it would have created a second great depression.  So they hatched a plan... if the spent fuel could be harnessed for some public good perhaps they could hide it and at the same time turn a profit.


Raytheon had already been doing business with the US government for years so their partnership on the "nuclear oven project" was expected.  The title "nuclear oven project" was top secret and even above the clearance level of the president.  To mock the naiveté of the American people, early commercials used the catch phrase: "Just Nuke It!" These ads were everywhere and the phrase quickly caught on in mainstream culture.  



  


Here's how the nuclear oven really works:  Small pieces of spent nuclear fuel are excited by a small amount of electricity which causes the fuel to temporarily emit just enough ionizing radiation to "cook" the food.  Metals such as aluminum are not affected by ionizing radiation and so the radiation can pass straight through the sides and hit the food directly.  This is why the sides do not heat up themselves.  As time goes by the radiation penetrates deeper and deeper into the food completely obliterating the nutritional value.  One seasoned medical doctor said it best, "Food from a microwave has about as much nutritional value as the leather on your shoe."  What would happen if the public found out the truth?




The highest government officials forecasted that the public would be outraged and the riots would overcome the entire nation like a huge wave.  The government administration at all levels would have been thrown out of power by a huge wave of riots, protests, and civil unrest.


So they decided to name the final product the "Micro-Wave".  The opposite of the huge wave of riots, protests, and civil unrest that they feared if the truth ever got out.

How has this secret has been kept for so long when all of the facts have been right under out noses?

Juice Fasting May Be Leading Cause of Heart Attacks and Strokes, Studies Show



Juice fasting has been a popular weight loss program since the 1960's - but recent evidence shows that it may be the leading cause of heart attacks and strokes.

Health food and a natural lifestyle have been two of the biggest cultural influences of the baby boomer generation.  During the 1960s, many people turned away from sugary beverages like soft drinks and adopted healthier alternatives like fresh juice and almond milk.  Recent medical research shows that may not have been the best choice.




While doctors agree that lowering consumption of soft drinks may have health benefits, replacing them with juice may be an even deadlier proposition.  Three studies published by the top Ivy League Medical Research Universities in the country have concluded that juice fasting is the leading cause of heart attacks and strokes.  How can this be?  Let's look at the facts.


The prevalence of juice fasting/dieting has increased dramatically.

The similarity of these two graphs is no coincidence.  As you can see, there is a direct relationship between the amount of juicing and the amount of deaths due to heart attacks and strokes.  Why is this the case?  According to renowned nutrition expert Dr. Ekaf Noitamrofni, Ph. D. at the Russian Institute of Heath Services, Moscow, the reason juice fasting has such a negative impact on the cardiovascular system is related to the way the body processes concentrated amounts of vitamins and  minerals.

"It's not natural.  The body wasn't meant to take in all of these vitamins and minerals at once so there is no mechanism inside the body to process and either utilize or eliminate massive doses of vitamins and minerals.  Fruits and vegetables are meant to be eaten - not turned to liquid and drunk in large quantities."


The excess vitamins and minerals from drinking lots of juice can build up as plaque inside the arteries and restrict blood flow.  This leads to cardiovascular disease - heart attack and stroke.  As you can see, drinking lots of juice can have severe health consequences.  Therefore we must limit the amount of juice we drink.  Dr. Noitamrofni admits the exact point at which juice begins to leave these deposits is unknown; however, "we should always err on the side of caution.  I do not recommend that any of my patients consume juice until we have more information.  If you knew that drinking a little bit of bleach was safe - would you?  Juice is basically poison and should be avoided."

Doctor's advice: Avoid juice... it's basically poison.

Studies Show Health Benefits to GMO Foods




Are genetically modified foods good for us?  Should we be concerned about the possible side effects associated with their consumption?

A new study from a major research university in California has been released which shows many health benefits to eating GMO foods.  Although the long-term effects of consumption of GMO crops has long been in question, this study finally puts to rest the age old question:  Are genetically modified foods good for us?  It turns out the answer is yes.

Researchers divided 200 rats into 2 groups and controlled their daily dietary intake for 3 weeks.  The groups were subjected to either a diet of only GMO food or only organic food.

Immediately, the results were clear - major health advantages to eating GMO foods.

The rats in group fed only organic food grew huge tumors and died prematurely.  Some of the rats in this group also showed signs of autism, however they died before this fact could be confirmed.

The rats in the group fed only GMO crops were just as healthy as any other rat that you would expect to find in a meadow or local sewer system.  In fact, it seemed that they may have been even healthier.  Researchers decided to look into what unexpected side effects the GMO foods may have caused.

Analysis of blood samples taken from the GMO food rats showed that these rats had somehow built up a tolerance for many of the most severe modern diseases.  When digested, the DNA from the GMO foods can merge with the DNA of the rats and form "super strands" which possess unique traits that can help combat cancer, diabetes, hypertension, autism, and obesity.
